Bio:

Kristin has worked with Valcore almost from the beginning. She is the office / financial manager but can also been seen in the field if needed. Answering phones, handling financial duties, purchasing permits, and scheduling final inspections are all part of a regular day. Her experience in accounting, banking, and community involvement has provided her a background in customer service that focuses on our customers, staff and working partners.

As a Northern Colorado native, having lived in Milliken her entire life, Kristin definitely has embraced all that there is to love about our state and the small town atmosphere. On the weekends you will likely find Kristin enjoying time with her family. If they aren't camping and fishing, they are probably tackling a DIY project. She is an active crafter that loves to make things. Her newest hobby is weaving. Kristin dreams of one day owning a home in the mountains. People might be surprised to know that Kristin loves classic cars and is a VERY picky eater.

After several years in the roofing industry, our founder, Misty Flannery, recognized that for most roofing companies, the human element of this business was getting lost in the constant pursuit of business growth. While many business owners continued to prosper, their employees and clients were being left behind. Misty felt compelled to create a company that was committed to giving our team members, clients, and community the appreciation and the first-class service that they deserved.
